About Bench Metrics

Our story

With almost 40 years of combined coaching experience, we understand the power of stats and developed a passion for statistical analysis, video breakdown, and detailed reporting. We searched for an inexpensive tool to that would handle these needs and unlock the power of statistics but none existed, so we decided to build one designed specifically for us...and now for you, the Coaches.

We designed our software from the ground up to organize the essential information that us coaches have kept in spreadsheets and three-ring binders for years. We built something to give you guys a detailed, in depth, and broad look at your players and your overall team tendencies.

The reports you'll get in our Bench Metrics software are invaluable in helping you determine your team's strengths and weaknesses, backed up by statistics of course, while also giving an in-depth look at individual players compared to their teammates. This powerful tool, with its sophisticated yet easy-to-read reports, can be used by anyone in your organization to evaluate the entire team and individual player on-ice performance, making you a more effective coaching staff all-around.
